He is one of the most popular Greek painters, with lots of artworks and oil paintings on canvas.
Born in Gala Thesprotia in 1938, from very young he was lived in Piraeus. He is self-taught, but got some free painting lessons with T. Kaimis. He follows the scriptural standards, mainly in imitation of making old icons, but also in iconographic types. The forms that dominate his work molded with heavy and dark colors and thanks to the gold background, glimmer and closing themselves give an impression of transcendence and sanctity.
He has presented his work in solo and group exhibitions.
